Exhibiting at Arcylicize: Auto Amor Art Swap vol. 4

My painting ‘For millions you were held (strangely, without a word)’ was selected for Auto Amor Art Swap vol. 4 that took place in The Art House. The event was an exhibition then an art swap (through spinning the tombola!).

It was really great to see the different ways in which we all approached the small wooden board. I paint on MDF a lot so this felt like a familiar medium and size. For my work, I painted a model dinosaur I saw in the Australian Museum in Sydney. It was ominously hanging from a fixture on the ceiling, half covered in the shadows. Overall, it was a really fun evening. I was able to meet other artists and take a new painting home too!
